It is very normal to need support at different stages of life, and this support can mean different things to everyone. Sometimes you may want to meditate on your own, sometimes listen to or read something on the go, sometimes adopt a new diet or exercise habit, or sometimes you may want to see an expert who can help you take better care of yourself. Or you may not know what will be good for you and look for someone to guide you through all these options.
We structure the Heltia (formerly Salus) experience to include all these options and to design a health journey that is specific to you by understanding your needs. We create a journey that suits your needs with a team of consultants who are trained in mental health, nutrition and physical health. We keep this journey up to date by following the changes throughout the process.
Our aim is to help our users live their lives much better with journeys that include all the steps that will support their well-being and health. To raise awareness in this area by emphasizing the importance and preventive aspects of support in the fields of mental health, nutrition and physical health, not only in challenging periods, but also at every stage of life.
Coping with challenging life experiences that you encounter at any time, gaining insight, eating better, managing stress that may hold you back in business life, reducing the effects of stress on the body, getting the support you need during the parenting process... In short, we are always with you to support your well-being by taking appropriate steps for whatever you need to live a better quality of life.
